I never really bought that.
Clients are not always looking for more questions. Sometimes they are stuck, overwhelmed, or simply lost.

And when someone is in a hole, they do not need another riddle.
They need a ladder.
That is why I believe in situational coaching.

A coach needs range. At times, we are a master coach. At times, a mentor. At times, a disruptor.
At times, an inquirer. At times, a steady guide.
Real mastery is not about using one style all the time.

It is about sensing what the moment needs.
Sometimes a flashlight.
Sometimes a rubber chicken.

And sometimes, strangely enough, both.

At Corporate Coach Academy, we’re proud to be an ICF Accredited Coaching School, offering Certified Master Coach Programs that empower leaders to coach with confidence.
