The Year of the Horse has always felt personal to me.
Among all the Chinese zodiac signs, the Horse speaks to my life journey the most.
I have lived seasons that required strength. Not loud strength. Quiet endurance. The kind that keeps moving even when the road is uneven. The Horse is like that. It does not complain about the terrain. It adjusts. It runs.
In my own life — especially through my current health challenges and rebuilding seasons — I have learned what stamina really means.
Some days I move fast. Some days I move inches. But I keep moving. That is Horse spirit.
The Horse is powerful, yet responsive. Strong, yet sensitive to guidance. That balance mirrors how I see coaching. Power is not force. It is directed energy.
Among all the signs, the Horse feels like home to me.
Resilient. Forward-looking. Refusing to stay still.
And perhaps that is why its power feels deeply personal.
