Experience & Activities

Nancy is an ICF- Certified Professional Coach, focusing on Executive Life Coaching and Mentor Coaching. She currently works as a Coach, Mentor- Coach and Program Manager with Corporate Coach Academy (CCA), an established ICF-accredited coaching institution in Asia. She has worked with clients in different roles in university, corporate, non- profits, professionals and family settings. Her clients have described her as intuitive, professional, intellectually stimulating, and focused.

In her coaching, she integrates various tools and apply CCA’s renowned model and disruptive approach to help clients build a solid plan to move towards their desired goals. Many of her clients have attested that their lives have been transformed as they dismantled their old mindset and embraced new age management and leadership skills. This has led to enhanced work-life and increased performance in themselves and for their organization.

She also specialises in helping youth and parents work through challenges in their communication, relationship and life transitions. She possesses a Masters in Educational Management with 30-year experience in education as a teacher, senior lecturer, curriculum specialist, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) trainer. Nancy pioneered the Life Skills (EQ) Program in Taylor’s University which won the AKRI MOE National Award (2018). She was the recipient of the President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching for Students’ Success (2016). She has written a number of articles which have been published in international academic journals. Currently, she serves in Taylor’s Education Group to create a safe space for leaders’ learnings and growth through an initiative called Circles (similar to Young Presidents’ Organization, YPO) As a Certified Facilitator with Focus on the Family (FOFM), she is a regular trainer for their youth education programs.

Nancy’s experience is extended to mental health services where she worked with a non-profit, Malaysian Care. She is familiar with a range of mental health issues and the need to cultivate positive well-being. Leveraging on these experiences, she have developed a niche in coaching leaders in Life Purpose, Whole Life Balance, Resilience and Agility. She is a qualified practitioner in Mindfulness and Positive Intelligence (PQ).

In line with her passion in building a vibrant coaching community and supporting coaches, she is actively involved in Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches (MACC) and ICF Malaysia. She’s also engaged in community work such OA Organics, a social entrepreneurship for the native community and pro-bono coaching through Social Impact projects. Nancy is married with two adult sons. She is able to coach in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
