Both the certified and non certified programs are conducted by Certified Professional Coaches in 2 delivery modes ie In Person Learning (Face2Face Program) and Distance Learning (Teleclass Programs).

Details of the In Person Learning (Face2Face Program) are as follows:

• It is made up of 5 learning modular workshops + 2 coaching clinics + 10 hours of mentor coaching sessions.

• Each workshop is a full 8 hour session, with lunch and 2 tea breaks, usually from 0900 hours to 1700 hours. The duration of most public programs is usually 2-3 days while in house programs are subject to the client's requirements.

• The workshops are usually held in a hotel, training center or venue decided by the client. Most of them are currently conducted either in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya. (Check out the announcements of the upcoming programs under 'News' or in the scrolling menu on the left.)

• In house programs for organizations can be held anywhere, in Malaysia and other parts of the world. For eg, we have conducted programs in Vietnam, Ghana, to name a few.

• The workshops are delivered as coaching clinic style, on a small group basis with a lot of action learning activities to accelerate hands-on results.
